Enjoyed the perspectives on SEA. Still so much capital floating around here even in this environment. Founder/seller expectations still at 2021 levels in a lot of cases. Next six months or so will be interesting.
Thanks and agree re buy sell spreads still being quite high as founders hold on to the highs of 2021. The other comment I should have perhaps made was that a lot of tourist capital last year which drove up valuations.
